Goodbye MediaTemple - Hello KnownHost

Well, after a lot of struggling with MediaTemple and their GridServer offering, I’ve decided to terminate my account with MediaTemple and move to a different hosting provider.
I did try to get MediaTemple to give me a better deal on their DV Server, but they just wouldn’t.. From their email:
The cost of $50 for a (dv) server BASE is a great value. You are more than welcome to shop around and check out our competitors that are offering a similar product.
Well I did shop around and found KnownHost. All I can say is WOW. ByeBye MediaTemple!
Not only are their VPS offerings a great deal, but their techsupport is just absolutely amazing. I’ve opened support tickets and had a solution & reply in 3 minutes! (Of course they are not always THAT fast, but I usually receive a reply in less then 15 minutes)
I’m on my own virtual server with full root access, and I have a hosting company with great prices and great support.
What more can I ask for?

Nothing beats MT. U must have been sick at times.
No need for that kind of language.. This is my opinion and if you don’t like it, thats too bad.
Search the web and you will find others that had big problems with MT as well.
I gave them a chance (and several other webhosts as well) and they just didn’t cut the mustard.
I don’t know, their site looks a little bleh.
